OLD-FASHIONED BREAD PUDDING with APPLE RAISIN SAUCE

.Preheat the broiler to 350° F. Shower a 8-inch x 8-inch heating dish with vegetable oil splash. Lay the cuts of bread in the preparing dish in two lines, covering them like shingles.

.In a medium blending dish, beat together the egg, egg whites, milk, ¼ glass sugar, cocoa sugar, and vanilla. Pour the egg blend over the bread.

.In a little bowl, mix together the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and 2 teaspoons sugar. Sprinkle the spiced sugar over the bread pudding. Prepare the pudding for 30 to 35 minutes, until it has sautéed on top and is firm to the touch.

.Serve warm or at room temperature, with warm apple-raisin sauce.
